As a private villa owner you are entitled to the use of all required utilities and amenities, a central lodge area with a restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the sports and activities centre including dive and fishing equipment and staff, footpaths and access throughout the islands, our private runway at the Larde River Reception, a private jetty on the River Larde as well as the bar and guesthouse at the Larde River Reception.

Villa owners may decide to rent their villa through the Topuito Isles resort. Participation in the Topuito rental pool is however optional.
