Topuito Isles
architecture

The villas on Topuito have been designed by Nick Plewman, an internationally acclaimed architect who has completed over 35 lodges across southern and east Africa for both public and private clients. He is committed to uncompromising ecological responsibility, and sophisticated and original design. His work has appeared in publications such as Architectural Digest and Conde Nast Traveller.

The sturdiest local hardwoods are chosen to create a solid home while the flow of the architecture creates a warm living space that is yours to enjoy with a complete sense of ease and freedom.

Quiet, simple and luxuriously rustic, your private villa is designed for maximum comfort to suit the unique environmental conditions of the islands.

The focus is on space, each villa a flowing open plan design that unlocks the senses to views that stretch to the edges of imagination. The distinction between outdoors and indoors is your choice.

The villas on Caldeira Island will be up to 475 sq m.

Each villa on Caldeira will have 3 to 4 bedrooms with freestanding en suite bathrooms, two lounges, a dining area, kitchen and scullery.

The villas on Nejovo Island will each be 430 sq m. Each Nejovo villa will have four en suite bedrooms, kitchen and scullery, dining area, two lounges and open air decks.

The lounge, dining area and pavilion style outside lounge lend a feeling of complete harmony with the surrounding views.

Each room is cooled by ceiling fans and an option is available for air conditioning and your own private plunge pool if you choose.

A stylish and beautifully fitted kitchen and guest bathroom makes your villa the perfect home away from home.

Combining quality and simple refinement, class and style with a Robinson Crusoe feel, all villas will be made with the best natural hand-crafted materials and the highest quality fittings without losing any of their African simplicity.
