Construction is currently underway on Topuito with a number of exciting developments complete or almost complete.

The Topuito Lodge on Caldeira is due for completion by the end of 2010.

The Larde River Reception building and runway

The reception building is a reconstructed riverside villa with four en suite bedrooms. This has been built and is receiving its final touches - landscaping, interiors and full outfitting for visitors to the project under development and our guests in transit.

The infrastructure on Caldeira

Water and power reticulation is being installed. The island is fully serviced and all principal service structures are complete including the restaurant kitchen, stores, office, laundry, staff accommodations, staff canteens and ablutions, power control room, fuel store and maintenance room.

The desalination plant building is under construction and the water storage reservoirs are under construction with completion due for September 2010. The remaining senior staff and management houses are under construction and due for completion by September 2010.

The Lodge

The 12 lodge units are structurally complete and are in the final phases of completion with thatching, cladding, joinery, stairs and wall coverings underway .

The main restaurant, bar, sports centre and lounge and pool are under construction and are more than 40 % complete with structural completion due in august 2010

The Villas

The first of the eight villas is having its roof constructed and is due for completion in August 2010. Three other villas have commenced construction and, alongside the other four villas to be commenced in July, will be structurally complete by December 2010.

Nejovo Island

All of Nejovo’s 16 back-of house and service buildings including staff accommodations, storage, power and water units , desalination plant building and the reservoirs are structurally complete and receiving finishing touches in anticipation of final construction phases of actual villas.
